The first step to sharpening mental skills and enabling one’s brain to empower one’s body is self-assessment. The better you know yourself as an athlete or a performer, the better your performance will be. Mental skills training is a collaboration between you and I, you are the expert in your own performance domain and I am the expert in sport psychology. I am available to facilitate mental training workshops in groups. Group workshops combine lecture, hands-on activities and completing worksheets. Mental skills covered in group workshops include, but are not limited to: confidence and motivation, imagery and visualization, distraction control, mental preparation, goal-setting, composure and self-talk. Group workshops are available in a variety of packages.
